Millard County Busted Booking Records
A Millard County booking record begins at one moment: the start of actual jail custody. A citation or an incident report is not a booking. Someone can be named, stopped, even cited, and never enter the jail. That gap explains many empty searches. No record means nothing for a search to find.
The Millard County Sheriff's Office keeps the record for any adult booked at the county jail. Utah's retention schedules allow these files to hold plenty of detail. Names, aliases, a booking or sheriff number, offense data, the arresting officer, commitment and discharge information all fit. Whether each field shows up on a public screen is another matter. The sheriff's public site has been in maintenance mode, so no roster, photo display, or results page exists to describe right now.
Millard County Booking Record Fields
The fields here come from Utah's jail and arrest retention material. They help you describe an existing record when you file a request. They are not a guarantee that Millard County posts any of them on a public roster.
| Record field | What the record may identify |
|---|---|
| Name and aliases | Identifying information used to distinguish a person from someone with a similar name. |
| Booking or sheriff number | An agency reference number associated with the underlying jail or arrest record. |
| Arrest and booking date | When the arrest or jail intake record was created, if an intake occurred. |
| Alleged offense | The charge recorded at that stage, not a finding of guilt or a final court disposition. |
| Arresting agency and commitment data | Agency and custody details described in the record schedule; current online display is not verified. |
| Discharge or release data | Information held in the underlying record, distinct from a live-custody result. |
Bond amounts, custody placement, court dates, and status fields have not been confirmed on any Millard public interface. A booking photo has its own legal classification, covered further down this page. Ask the record custodian what exists and can be released. Assume nothing about a screen or photo being public.
Millard County Busted Record Requests
With the sheriff's site down, the documented path to a jail booking or incident record is a written request under Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act, known as GRAMA. The law sends each request to the office that holds the record. For a sheriff incident, a booking record, or a booking photo, that office is the Millard County Sheriff's Office. A city clerk or third-party directory will not have it.
Start with the official county GRAMA route, which supplies the request form and statewide access details.
That county route points you to the real custodian. So an MCSO booking request belongs with the sheriff, never at a city office.
- Identify the person, any known alias, the approximate arrest or booking date, the place, and a case number if one is known.
- Name the existing record requested, such as a booking sheet, arrest report, or a releasable portion of a booking-photo record.
- Send the request to the Sheriff’s Records Officer, Lindsay Mitchell, at 765 S Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, or confirm delivery through MCSO at 435-743-5302.
- Ask for segregable releasable material and the classification of any part withheld or redacted.

GRAMA sets the clock. An office must respond as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 10 business days. A qualifying expedited request gets a decision within five business days. Fees for an MCSO booking record are not fixed in the sources, so the office may quote its lawful actual costs. Inspection is generally free within the law's limits.
Note: Delta and Fillmore city fee schedules cover only city-held records, not a Millard County Sheriff booking record.
Millard County Busted Photo Limits
GRAMA opens government records in Utah. It does not make everything public. A request must describe a record that exists and go to the agency keeping it. Booking photographs get extra protection. Under Utah Code § 17-72-802, a county-jail booking image is restricted when the sheriff's copy would land in a publish-for-pay outlet, and the requester must sign a statutory affirmation.
Utah Code § 63G-2-305(80) treats a booking image as protected. Narrow exceptions exist for certain law-enforcement needs, a conviction tied to the conduct, or a qualifying court order. So a public arrest record does not mean a public photo. Juvenile delinquency matters and expunged cases stay out of Xchange too. And a blank search result tells you nothing about sealed or protected items.
The statute also puts duties on publish-for-pay outlets. This applies only after a qualifying removal request. The rule stays narrow. Agencies, news outlets, search engines, and most sites are not ordered to delete anything. Mugshots.com's Record Maintenance page and RecentlyBooked's published policy each describe a no-fee process for stated situations. Neither policy means the service holds a current Millard record.
Millard County Busted Mugshot Lookup
Before running a Millard County mugshot lookup, think about where the person sits in the custody process. That shapes what you can find. The sheriff's site is the natural first stop once it returns to service. An empty result proves little, though. It can mean a release, a transfer, a short display window, an outage, or simply that the event never became a jail booking.
- For present county-jail custody, check the MCSO service when it is restored or call the Sheriff/Justice Complex for the correct status or records channel.
- For a known booking with no public screen, submit a focused MCSO GRAMA request for an existing record.
- For a filed case, search Utah Courts Xchange by name, case number, county or court to follow hearings and outcome.
- For someone under state supervision, use the UDC Offender Search by first and last name or UDC number.
- For a custody-change notice, use UDC VINE. Federal and immigration custody questions belong with their own locator systems.
For an arrest in Delta, Fillmore, or Hinckley, the county's booking and records route remains the sensible starting point. A warrant question is different. That runs through the state and court process described under Wanted Fugitives, not a roster search.
Millard County Official Record Channels
Each official channel answers a different question. MCSO holds county booking records. The courts show what happened after charges were filed. Utah Department of Corrections tracks later prison or supervision status. None of these routes guarantees a booking photo. Any secondary result listed last carries no authority and may be incomplete or out of date.
| Channel | Photo status | Custody or record scope | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| MCSO jail service | Unverified | Current county custody if a public interface returns | Check the sheriff site or call 435-743-5302 |
| MCSO records / GRAMA | Protected-record analysis applies | Existing sheriff booking or incident record | Focused written request to the records officer |
| Utah Courts Xchange | No booking-photo claim | Public filed district and justice court cases | Name, case, citation, court, or date search |
| UDC Offender Search | Locator photo display unverified | UDC supervision, prison, probation, or parole | Name or UDC number; separate photo request route |
| Utah VINE | No | Custody status and release or transfer notification | Official notification service |
| Mugshots.com Millard landing | Unofficial | Secondary county landing with city filters | Verify independently; it showed zero records during review |
No Millard local page could be confirmed for BustedNewspaper, RecentlyBooked, Arrests.org, or Mugshots.zone. Their absence says nothing about whether an arrest happened. An empty secondary result says just as little. The Chronicle Progress and regional outlets report news, not custody data. For that media context, see Arrest News.
Millard County Busted Roster Access
Want a busted roster for Millard County? Right now the web route is a dead end. The county public-safety page points to the sheriff domain, which serves only a maintenance notice. No working jail roster URL exists that can be confirmed, so there's no verified way to run a name, booking number, charge, or photo search. Details like posting cadence, weekend lag, or how long entries stay up simply can't be stated.
A maintenance notice is just that. It documents a gap in access, nothing more. It doesn't tell you the sheriff has no records, and it doesn't mean nobody was booked. While the interface is down, the practical routes are the status phone line, the MCSO records request process, and Xchange once a case has been filed. Even a restored roster would show current custody only, never a full case history. The official sheriff maintenance notice is the documented source for this access limitation.
A fallback path is worth trying here, but stay realistic. Nothing suggests a live booking feed or photo results are waiting on some other site.
| Roster item | Current Millard finding |
|---|---|
| Official portal | No active public roster verified; linked sheriff site is in maintenance. |
| Search fields | Not verified. Do not assume a generic county roster’s fields apply here. |
| Result fields | Not verified. Underlying records may contain more information than a public card. |
| Booking-photo display | Not verified and affected by Utah’s protected-record law. |
| Timing and persistence | No same-day, multiday, archive, or display-period rule was located. |
Note: A roster absence can mean release, transfer, a delay, a different facility, a site outage, or simply no booking.
Recent Busted Millard County Bookings
Millard County has no verified same-day, 48-hour, or weekly busted-bookings feed online. There is no current blotter, downloadable log, or photo archive to browse, and no posted update schedule. A "Weekly Case Summary" page still shows up in web archives, but the sheriff's domain is unreachable right now, so that old route can't serve as a live arrest roster.
Need word on something recent? A status phone contact can steer you to the right office, though it isn't a published log. A formal record means the GRAMA request path. Once a case is filed, Xchange or the Millard courts hold the next paper trail. Keep expectations in check, though. An absent online feed doesn't mean no arrest happened, and a news story never proves a finished case.
Millard County Custody Record Paths
The Utah Department of Corrections locator tracks one group: people under UDC supervision now. Search by first and last name or a UDC number. It skips anyone awaiting trial or sitting in a county jail unsentenced, so a freshly booked Millard County arrestee won't appear there. What it does well is show prison, probation, parole, or supervision status, though it never replaces the sheriff's own booking record.
Does the locator show photos? The landing page doesn't promise that. UDC treats prison photos and mugshot records as a public-information matter handled through a written GRAMA request, so ask UDC directly when it holds the person. Federal custody works differently. Use the BOP Inmate Locator, which lists custody details but no public booking photo. The ICE locator covers yet another system and won't confirm a Millard booking.
Millard County Busted Custody Stages
"Recent arrest," "in custody," "released," and "sentenced" are not interchangeable labels. Each points to a different stage, and mixing them up sends you to the wrong office. With the MCSO site dark, that distinction matters more than ever. A phone call, a court record, or a records request will usually beat a generic roster claim.
| Stage | Best records path | What it cannot prove |
|---|---|---|
| Just arrested or cited | Arresting agency or MCSO records contact if jail intake is known | That a jail booking occurred or that charges will be filed |
| In county-jail custody | MCSO interface if restored, or the Sheriff/Justice Complex contact | Conviction, full case history, or a public-photo entitlement |
| Released or transferred | MCSO record request and court case search | That an absence from a live roster resolves the case |
| Filed court case | Utah Courts Xchange and the appropriate Millard court | Every juvenile, sealed, or expunged case |
| UDC supervision or prison | UDC Offender Search, then UDC written-record route | A current Millard County jail booking |
Millard County Court Disposition Search
Booking is only the intake event. The case runs much longer after that. Utah Courts Xchange opens the public window, carrying eligible district and justice court material once it lands in CORIS. You can narrow a search by court or county, name, case number, citation, birth date, case type, or date range. Hearings, judgments, and outcomes all show up there. Juvenile and expunged matters stay hidden.
Court venue splits along charge severity. Millard Justice Court takes class B and C misdemeanors plus infractions from the sheriff, the Utah Highway Patrol, wildlife officers, and other agencies. Felonies and class A misdemeanors go to Fourth District Court. The Justice Court posts a docket refreshed daily with a 30-day view, which makes the court route extra valuable while the sheriff's interface stays down. The Millard courts contact page covers the East Courtroom and the Fourth District clerk in Fillmore, plus the West Courtroom in Delta.
Millard County Alerts and App Tools
Alert apps and booking records answer two different questions. Millard AlertSense pushes emergency notices to your phone when something serious happens in the county. UDC VINE works the other lane. It tracks people in state custody and tells you when someone is moved or let go. Neither one shows booking photos, and neither replaces an official custody check. Think of them as rumor-stoppers for your neighborhood.
The sheriff's office also has an Android app, and it's worth knowing what it actually does. The listing highlights agency news, tips, reports, and public-safety messages. An inmate search is not part of the package. There is no booking list, no warrant lookup, no wanted feed. For a real emergency, skip all of it and call 911.
Millard County Busted Record Expungement
A Millard County arrest record can be kept for a very long time and still stay out of public view. Utah's model schedule calls for booking photos to be held permanently. An agency retains them for 75 years before any transfer to the Archives. Permanent retention does not mean public access, though. No current public catalog of MCSO booking photos exists, and older court files move through their own archives path entirely.
Expungement offers a way to seal qualifying records through the courts. The rules shifted on January 1, 2026. That is when Utah's automatic-expungement process began identifying qualifying cases without the old request form. Under its conditions, the process can run up to 120 days. For case-specific eligibility and paperwork, the Utah Courts expungement guide is the right place to look. Remember, expungement seals government records, not a separate news story.
Millard County Busted Mugshots by City
Delta, Fillmore, and Hinckley are Millard County's largest incorporated towns by the 2020 Census count. Not one of them runs its own booking roster. Delta and Fillmore both route law-enforcement questions to the sheriff's office. Hinckley has no municipal police department or arrest log at all. So anyone booked after an arrest in these towns lands in the county-jail and sheriff records system.
- Delta Busted Mugshots explains the sheriff-policed city path and the separate city-records boundary.
- Fillmore Busted Mugshots distinguishes the county-seat jail records from City Office records.
- Hinckley Busted Mugshots covers the town’s absence of a separate police publication layer.
Note: City administrative records and a sheriff booking record can sit with different custodians, follow different procedures, and carry different fees.
